SendVia currently work with a large local authority to print, enclose and distribute a daily average of 5,000 business critical letters from 17 different council departments.

The client use secure email communication to send files across on a daily basis. Once the file is received, the letters are automatically printed, enclosed and prepared for distribution.

In order to guarantee a zero error rate, SendVia uses a bespoke daily inspection system, utilising both a paper and electronic trail to ensure the quantities match prior to the items being released into the postal system. This is replicated for the client at the end of each week to cross reference the weekly invoice and ensure all files received have been despatched.
